At The Freestyle Project™, every purchase helps support the creation of new books, curriculum, and educational resources. As a small independent publisher, we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital curriculum, downloadable resources, and digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once the purchase has been completed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you received the incorrect download, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Physical Books

All sales of physical books are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for books purchased through our website due to buyer preference, accidental orders, or change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
