shipping policy

At our online store, we want every order to be produced with care and delivered safely. Many of our items are print-on-demand, meaning they are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, orders may not ship the same day and can take up to 5–7 business days to process, depending on the size of the order.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, based on size and weight, to ensure reliable delivery. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
